Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing JECHAM. We are committed to providing high-quality electric bikes and ensuring a satisfying customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and have less than 10 miles of total mileage.

Products that have been used are not eligible for a full refund.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, together with all original accessories, including but not limited to the charger, keys, tools, and manuals.

You must provide relevant photo or video evidence for review and approval.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are found to be defective:

Products damaged as a result of misuse or improper installation

Gift cards or promotional items

Consumable products, such as brake oil or chain lubricant

Heavily worn, modified, or customized accessories

Batteries returned after 30 days from the date of delivery

Claims submitted without sufficient photo or video evidence

2.1 Damage Caused by Improper Installation

If a product is damaged due to incorrect installation or improper handling by the customer, it will not be considered a quality issue.

However, we will assess the situation based on the extent of the damage and may provide a solution on a case-by-case basis, such as offering paid replacement parts or limited compensation.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please email us at bigeniu@outlook.com and include the following information:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label along with detailed return instructions.

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Handling Fees

5. Refund Conditions

Scenario Policy
Product with a quality issue Customers must provide photos or videos for verification. A full refund or free replacement is available within 30 days.
Incorrect item received Free return and full refund.
Missing or damaged accessories A partial refund or replacement will be offered depending on the situation.
Order canceled after shipment A $200 shipping and handling fee per e-bike will be deducted from the refund.
Accessories returned for non-quality reasons 15% of the order amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refused delivery A $200 fee per e-bike will be deducted from the refund.
Address changed after shipment A $50 fee per e-bike or a 5% fee per other item will apply.
Quality issue reported without supporting evidence The return will be treated as a non-defective return, and a $200 fee per e-bike will be deducted from the refund.

6. Warranty-Based Return or Replacement

If your product develops a manufacturing defect within the 1-year warranty period, please contact our support team and provide photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or another appropriate solution based on the problem.

7. Additional Notes

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

JECHAM reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
