Warranty-Based Return or Replacement

JECHAM provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the date of delivery.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, please contact our support team at support@jecham.com and provide the following:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect
  • Product model and, if available, the serial number

After reviewing your claim, we may ask for additional information or troubleshooting steps to help confirm the issue. If the problem is determined to be covered under warranty, JECHAM will provide an appropriate solution at our discretion, which may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • A replacement product
  • A repair solution
  • A partial or full refund, where applicable

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Normal wear items are not covered under warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Tires
  • Brake pads
  • Inner tubes
  • Chains
  • Grips
  • Cosmetic wear and surface scratches

Please note:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
  • Repair costs or third-party repair reimbursements must be approved by JECHAM in writing before any repair is carried out.
  • JECHAM reserves the right to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty based on the evidence provided.
  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Any replacement or repair provided under warranty does not automatically extend the original warranty period unless otherwise required by law.
