Shipping Policy
At JECHAM, every customer matters to us, and your satisfaction is always our top priority. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so your package can arrive without unnecessary delay. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
We offer shipping through trusted local carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. No tax is required. Please review the shipping regions below, as some areas may not be eligible for delivery or may require additional shipping charges.
Notice: E-bikes are not sold to persons under the age of 18. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult when riding.
Costs & Destinations
At this time, we offer free shipping only to the lower 48 states in the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Shipping Time
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 9 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2 to 8 business days.
For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the relevant product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, based on U.S. Eastern Time (GMT-5).
Shipping Changes
Address changes are not supported for e-bike or battery orders once the order has been placed. If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to cancel the order and place a new one.
A $20 fee will be charged if an address change is successfully processed while the package is already in transit.
A $200 fee will be charged if the order is canceled after the package has already shipped.
A $200 fee will also apply if the customer refuses delivery or if the package cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons.
If the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address, a $200 fee will still apply for related handling requests.
Order Tracking
If you have registered an account on our website, you can track your order and shipping status through your account. If you do not have an account, you may still track your order using your order number.

Shipping is available within the United States only, excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, public holidays, or other unexpected delays. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
Shipping and delivery times may be extended during public holidays, as warehouse operations and courier services may be limited during these periods. This is unfortunately beyond our control, and normal service will resume after the holiday period.
Please allow a few days after shipment for the tracking number to become active in the courier’s system. If tracking information is not yet available, please check again later.
All estimated delivery times are based on previous shipping data and are provided for reference only. Actual delivery times may vary.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or omissions of FedEx or any other shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
